Christina works with young adults and adults to manage depression, anxiety, impulsivity, emotional dysregulation, and interpersonal conflicts.

Christina Prorokovic, LMSW, is a licensed master social worker and a member of the clinical team at Rappore, a therapy services and medication management practice based in Manhattan, New York.

Christina has experience working with a diverse population of clients, helping adolescents and young adults manage depression, anxiety, impulsivity, mood swings/emotional dysregulation, and interpersonal conflicts. She integrates a psychodynamic approach, CBT, and DBT interventions based on individual needs to help clients address problems and implement changes to reach their goals. Christina values authenticity and the therapeutic relationship and uses a warm, collaborative, and direct approach when working with her clients. 

Christina earned her Masters in Social Work at the Silver School of Social Work at New York University. Her clinical experience includes providing individual and family psychotherapy in a school-based setting, inpatient psychiatric hospital setting, outpatient community-based mental health clinic, and leading adolescent and young adult DBT skills training groups.
